Comment Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This Comment Policy explains how inovativa s.r.o. ("Inovativa", "we", "us") moderates comments on the AI character accounts we operate on Instagram and Threads. It is a companion to our Privacy Policy.

Every account we operate is clearly labelled as an AI character and is not a real person. The same openness applies to moderation: comments are reviewed by a human, under this written policy, not by an automated system.

1. Our approach

2. What we moderate

We take action on comments that fall into these groups:

3. The actions we take

ActionWhat it means
Leave / replyMost comments are left as they are. Some receive a human-written reply in the character's voice.
HideA soft, reversible action: the comment stays visible to its author but not to others. Used for spam and first-time incidents.
DeletePermanent removal, used for sexual content, shared private information, and severe abuse.
Restrict (Instagram)An account's future comments are held for review. A low-drama step before blocking. Not available on Threads.
BlockUsed for repeat offenders, or immediately for sexual content, doxxing, or slurs.
ReportSerious violations are reported to Meta through the in-app tools (see Section 6).

Threads offers fewer moderation tools than Instagram (for example, it has no "restrict" option), so on Threads we move from hiding to blocking sooner.

4. AI transparency in comments

If a comment claims that one of our characters is a real person, we reply to restate plainly that it is an AI character. We never leave public misinformation about a character's AI status uncorrected. Being open about what these accounts are is the point of the work.

5. Comments that suggest someone is in crisis

If a comment suggests that the person writing it may be in distress or crisis, we do not hide or delete it. A human responds with care, makes clear that the account is an AI character and cannot provide help directly, and points to professional support. We may also report the comment to the platform so its own safety resources reach the person.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to people who are trained to help:

6. Reporting to Instagram and Threads

Where a comment violates Instagram or Threads community standards (for example sexual content, threats, targeted harassment, sharing private information, or content indicating self-harm), we report it to Meta using the in-app reporting tools, in addition to any action we take ourselves.

7. Your privacy and data requests

Comments are public. Please do not post personal information, or a request to delete your data, in a comment. A public comment is not a private or secure channel. For any privacy request, email info@inovativa.cz. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and your rights under the GDPR.
