Design first, then the face
We do not start a character with an image, but with a character. Voice, values, aesthetic and boundaries come before the first frame is generated. That is what holds it together and makes it feel like someone, not a random face.
Disclosure built in
We do not put the AI label in fine print, we put it up front. Every output is labeled, every character has a public manifest, and the whole process stays on the right side of labeling rules as they tighten.
A human reads every word
It is not just a model behind the characters. Before anything goes out, our writer reads it, making sure the character sounds like herself and stays within her boundaries. Transparency and safety are not left to chance.
Why we do it
The market races to make AI look as human and as little like AI as possible. We believe trust is worth more than illusion. A character you know is fictional deserves your attention more, not less.
